Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a dedicated RBT/BT to work with children in a center-based ABA program. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

The role offers training, supervision, and opportunities for BCBA advancement, with Monday–Friday hours and a pathway to certification support and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA, childcare, preschool, education, or behavioral health experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data, document sessions, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families and team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Follow clinical protocols and maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for every child.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
