Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking an RBT to provide center-based ABA therapy to children with autism, collaborating with a team of clinicians to implement tailored plans. You will support learning through play and track progress to help each child reach goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with children with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with clinicians to implement custom therapy plans.
• Use play-based and naturalistic therapy approaches to aid learning.
• Track and document progress for each child as programs are implemented.
• Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's core values.
