Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide center-based ABA therapy to young children. You will work closely with clinicians to implement individualized therapy plans, using play-based methods to support skill development and social learning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements listed in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children (18 months to school age) in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with clinicians to implement customized therapy plans.
• Apply play-based and naturalistic therapy approaches with enthusiasm.
• Track and document progress for each child and adjust programs as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment aligned with company values.
