Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in a center-based setting for young children with autism. You will work alongside a team of clinicians to implement individualized therapy plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug test required at time of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans.
• Use a play-based approach to support learning and progress.
• Track and document progress for each child and adjust programs as needed.
