Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings.

You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA, collect behavior data, and collaborate with a supportive team to promote each child's progress and growth. A paid RBT training program and exam are provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; human services degree preferred.
• Comfort working with children in clinical, home, or community settings.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication with clients' families and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support progress.
