Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Training is provided, with support from a BCBA and a collaborative frame. You will deliver ABA therapy, collect data, and engage families in progress updates.

You will work in center-based or home-based settings with opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and a structured career path within the BlueSprig network.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting/standing/floor activities
• Passion for helping children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
