Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Worcester, MA seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy across client settings. Starting hourly rates range from $21.25 to $23.50, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships).
• Able to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or clinics under supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
