ABA Centers of New Jersey is hiring for Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) roles in Hoboken, NJ. Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation tailored to experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have 1 year of experience with children, healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
