Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to work one-on-one with young children with autism. You will implement individualized therapy plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to tailor treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• RBT certification training support is provided.
• No prior experience required; certification can be earned during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 2–8 with autism to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow therapy programs designed by BCBA, collect data, and participate in progress reviews.
• Use play, movement, and positive engagement to promote learning.
• Collaborate with families to celebrate progress and address challenges.
