Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Behavior Therapist to work 1:1 with children aged 2–8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder, in a full-time daytime schedule. You will implement individualized therapy programs, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams to drive progress.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance; travel to other clinics may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children ages 2–8 with ASD to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement therapy programs designed by BCBA teams, collect data, and discuss progress and strategy.
• Engage children using play, movement, and positive interaction to promote skill-building.
• Collaborate with families to celebrate wins and address challenges.
