Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Part-time Behavior Therapist who will support 1:1 therapy with children ages 4–12 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement BCBA-approved programs, collect data, and participate in progress discussions with the team.

We provide fully paid training toward RBT certification with no prior experience required, plus growth pathways and a supportive, family-oriented work culture at multiple clinics in IL.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support 1:1 therapy with children.
• Ability to collaborate with BCBA-designed plans and families.
• Reliable, energetic, and safety-conscious in a busy therapy setting.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and adapt to various clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to children ages 4–12 with ASD.
• Implement programs designed by BCBA, collect data and discuss progress.
• Engage children through play and movement to build skills.
• Coordinate with families and clinical staff to support growth.
