Already Autism Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism, under BCBA supervision. Roles include implementing behavioral interventions, collecting data, and supporting social and communication skills across home, clinic, and community settings.

Positions are available as part-time and full-time with competitive pay starting at $20 per hour, biweekly pay, and benefits for full-time staff, including PTO, holidays, and health coverage.

Formación

• RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required/preferred.
• Professional demeanor and a positive can-do attitude required.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA.
• Record, collect, and maintain clinical data in CentralReach.
• Complete session documentation thoroughly and promptly.
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion.
• Collaborate with the BCBA, client families, and community stakeholders.
• Communicate relevant information from sessions to the BCBA.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.
