Empower Behavioral Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism and other developmental disabilities in a clinic-based day program. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and track progress in Central Reach, with opportunities to support multiple clinic locations as needed.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and be willing to train in ABA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist with staffing and provide therapy at additional locations as needed.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
• Respond to feedback and maintain/improve performance.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
