Job summary

Helping Hands Family - Autism Services is looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism. The role involves direct care to children both at home and in the community, teaching important skills, and implementing therapy sessions as designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Comfort working with children in various settings.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team.
