Helping Hands Family in Maryland is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. Join a mission-driven team and help children reach developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company RBT training and pass exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
