Job summary

Helping Hands Family is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy for children with autism in clinics, home, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children in clinical/home/community settings.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress.
