Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Baltimore, MD is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA and collect data to track progress.

We offer paid RBT training, a 20% pay differential for after-hours sessions, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children with autism in clinic, home, or community settings.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication with families and team members.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child’s progress.
