Job summary

Rise Up for Autism is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We provide training and support to help you succeed in ABA therapy with children.

You’ll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs in a caring, team‑oriented environment. Prior ABA experience is a plus, but we offer full training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Psychology/Education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills using ABA techniques.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team to support child growth.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
