Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician in Houston, TX for full-time, daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays. Start date is immediate and RBT certification is required.

You will work with children 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans and collecting data. Growth opportunities lead to leadership roles and BCBA paths within the Everest Program.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA therapy and working with children.
• Ability to collect and document simple session data.
• Ability to work in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
