Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Denver seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and support progress in a dynamic clinic setting.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays. Earn full-time hours with regular raises, paid training, and robust benefits as you advance toward BCBA goals within ABC’s Everest program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during sessions.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
• Monitor progress and participate in ongoing training as needed.
