Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

As part of the role, you will collect data, implement behavior plans with supervision, and share progress updates with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
