Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, which includes physical activities.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
