Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This part-time position offers flexibility and opportunities for growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

As an RBT, you'll receive mentorship and training, working 1:1 with children while implementing ABA treatment plans and monitoring their progress. Requirements include an RBT certification and experience in ABA therapy or related fields.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in various settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
