Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC seeks an ABA Therapist (RBT) to deliver 1:1 therapy for children and young adults with autism in our Indiana clinic. You will implement individualized treatment plans and work under BCBA supervision, contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 6 months ABA therapy or 1 year related experience preferred.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation to the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions for early learners and youth with autism.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training.
• Maintain data entry for daily trials and coordinate with the BCBA.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
