Apex ABA Therapy is hiring a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Georgia. You will implement ABA-based behavior management, assist in care plan development, and provide direct patient care under supervision.

The role is available both full-time and part-time, with benefits and growth opportunities within a supportive team. We welcome candidates with RBT certification, a valid driver’s license, and experience in handling individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in progress.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to provide transportation if needed.
• Experience with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Completed 40-hour RBT training or equivalent.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Support individuals with daily living activities and document progress.
