Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Georgia to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote progress and independence.

Qualifications

Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
Knowledge of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
RBT Certification
Driver's License
Data Collection
40-hour Course

Responsibilities

Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain progress records.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
