Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide behavioral health services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based techniques and contributing to individualized care plans.

As an RBT, you will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate progress notes, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate, evidence-based support to improve daily living

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy and ABA principles.
• Ability to communicate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain progress records.
