Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our Georgia team. You will provide behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, following ABA-based approaches.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available with benefits and growth opportunities. We value teamwork, client-centered care, and adherence to HIPAA while helping families achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and basic behavior therapy.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and document progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
