Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children under BCBA-owned practices, prioritizing hands-on supervision and realistic caseloads. You’ll be supported by BCBA clinicians and have dedicated opportunities for growth.

This role offers direct mentorship, flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) in Indian Trail, NC, and a clear path to BCBA certification, plus a $500 sign-on bonus and ongoing training to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
