Job summary

Behavioral Bridges, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Salisbury, NC, under BCBA supervision. This part-time in-person role focuses on developing communication, daily living, and social skills.

You will collect session data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Eligible candidates have an RBT certification and prior experience with children or individuals with

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
