Empower ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Mebane, NC. The RBT will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data and supporting clients’ communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques is preferred.
