Job summary

Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time, in-person work in Montgomery, AL. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients build communication, life, and social skills in a structured setting.

The role offers afternoon/evening hours, competitive $20/hour pay, and ongoing supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Data collection and ABA terminology experience preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality rules required.
• Behavior management and ABA techniques experience preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA.
