Job summary

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; BT applicants with 40-hour RBT training welcome
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology recommended
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing ABA and special education training
