Job summary

Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Montgomery, Alabama. You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help clients develop communication, social, and life skills in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Record and maintain accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Engage with clients and families professionally and respectfully.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and supervision.
