Job summary

Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Montgomery, AL. The role involves implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting session data, and supporting skill development and independence for clients.

The position offers an afternoon/evening schedule with a $20.00 per hour pay, and includes supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification, plus benefits such as health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification required.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding HIPAA and confidentiality practices required.
• Experience with behavior management and ABA techniques preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision related to ABA and special education.
