Job summary

ABLE Kids is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a compassionate and energetic team. We provide hands-on training if you don’t yet have your RBT certification.

Enjoy a stable 40-hour work week, a $18/hour starting rate with raises every 6 months for the first 2.5 years, and a full benefits package. Responsibilities include teaching life skills, encouraging communication, and supporting families with positivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (college experience a plus)
• A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check
• RBT certification OR the willingness to train and earn it with us (we cover the cost!)

Responsibilities

• Teach important life skills (potty training, self-help, play, social skills, and more)
• Encourage communication and confidence
• Support families with compassion and positivity
• Collect data and celebrate progress
• Work alongside a fun, supportive team of professionals who have your back
