Job summary

ABLE Kids in Greenville, SC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide hands-on training if you don’t have your certification yet. Join a compassionate, fun, team-driven environment with a stable 40-hour work week and Monday–Friday schedule.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with raises every 6 months for the first 2.5 years. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (college experience a plus).
• Heart for kids and passion for helping others.
• Reliability and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check.
• RBT certification or willingness to train with us (cost covered).

Responsibilities

• Teach life skills (potty training, self-help, play, social skills, etc.).
• Encourage communication and confidence.
• Support families with compassion and positivity.
• Collect data and celebrate progress.
• Work with a fun, supportive team.
