Job summary

Online ABA Training is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Brownsville, TX to work under a BCBA supervision and deliver ABA therapy to children with autism and related disabilities. This full-time role emphasizes direct one-on-one and classroom-based interventions, consistent data collection, and collaboration with the school team.

The position requires a current RBT certification, a relevant bachelor’s degree (preferred), and prior experience in educational or school settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a school setting.
• Ability to follow direction and implement behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one and classroom-based therapy.
• Support students in engaging appropriately and participating in classroom activities.
• Collect, track, and maintain accurate data on student progress.
• Communicate progress and treatment plans with teachers, BCBAs, and team members.
• Maintain timely and detailed documentation.
