Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Brownsville, TX is seeking an RBT Case Manager to provide expert service in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will work closely with patients and develop individualized skill acquisition programs, manage cases, and conduct assessments while collaborating with a supportive team.

The ideal candidate must hold RBT certification and be on track to complete their Master’s degree. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with numerous benefits, including paid time off and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• Master’s degree completion anticipated within six months.
• Must complete BCBA fieldwork hours within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage in BACB-approved activities to develop clinical skills.
• Assist BCBA and lead caregiver training.
• Write behavior intervention plans and treatment plans.
