Supporting Autism is seeking caring and energetic individuals for RBT roles in the South Charlotte area. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy with learners in homes, clinics, or community settings, following each child’s treatment plan.

RBTs will collect data, implement teaching strategies, and contribute to a supportive, data-driven learning environment. Paid training is provided and ongoing support is available from the team.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA settings.
• Clear communication and professional conduct.
• Team collaboration and reliability are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based skill building per treatment plan.
• Collect data on learner progress and behavior.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training; training paid.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification as required.
