Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement BASP as designed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with your BCBA and team to make meaningful program updates.
• Develop and prepare session materials as needed.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality at all times.
• Meet scheduled billable hour requirements.
