Job summary

Valcor ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams to drive progress for children with autism. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $18-$25 with supervision and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven environment.

Positions are available in part-time and full-time schedules. You will travel between client locations and work with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Implement BASP as designed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to update programs.
• Develop and prepare session materials as needed.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Meet scheduled billable hour requirements.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with our BCBA team to drive meaningful progress. • Implement Behavior Analysis Support Plans (BASP) as designed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with your BCBA and team to make meaningful program updates
• Develop and prepare session materials as needed
• Participate in supervision and team meetings
• Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality at all times
• Meet scheduled billable hour requirements

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children with autism
• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect data accurately
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Reliable transportation to travel between client locations
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, or weekends as needed
