Valcor ABA in Guyton, GA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time and full-time roles. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement BIPs, collect data, and support client progress in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect accurate data.
• Reliable transportation for local client sessions.
• Availability for afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with accuracy and consistency.
• Collect and record session data to track client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
• Prepare session materials and adapt to client needs in real time.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings.
