Valcor ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Savannah, GA (31405 and surrounding areas) to support children with autism in home and community settings. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available with competitive pay.

Join a team with BCBA supervision, ongoing training, and flexible scheduling. You will collect data, implement BIPs, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect accurate data
• Reliable transportation for local client sessions
• Availability for afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and/or community settings
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data to monitor client progress
• Support development in communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt sessions to client needs
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
