ABA Solutions in Brandon, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families in school and home settings. You will receive ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs in a collaborative, clinician-focused organization.

This role offers opportunities for professional growth, manageable caseloads, and the chance to contribute to evidence-based ABA services across the Tampa Bay area, with travel between service locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally between service locations and collaborate with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in school and home settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors.

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families throughout the Brandon area. This role offers the opportunity to work in both school and home environments while receiving ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs in a collaborative, clinician-focused organization.

Clinical Support & Professional Growth

Caseload

This position includes:

School-Based Services

• Support elementary through high school students during the school day
• Assist students with behavior, communication, classroom participation, and social skills

Home-Based Services

• Provide after-school ABA therapy
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization within the home environment
