Job summary

Total Care ABA in Henderson, TN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children in home, school, and community settings across Tennessee. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules and training.

As an RBT you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinicians. Requirements include current RBT certification, BACB registration, and a high school diploma; local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered.
