Job summary

Precious Care ABA is hiring for in-home ABA therapy roles in Parsippany, NJ. You will work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision and documenting progress. Earn $20-$30/hour with flexible hours.

Candidates should have ABA experience, high school diploma, reliable transportation, and be available at least 3 days per week during after-school hours. RBT path available.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours.
• Reliable and consistent—when a client is counting on you, you show up.
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children.
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes.
• RBT career path with support to earn your RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
• Celebrate your clients' wins - big and small.
