Job summary

Precious Care ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Flemington, NJ. You will implement treatment plans, work one-on-one with clients, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to promote communication, daily living skills, and independence.

Earn $20–$30/hour based on experience, with flexible morning/afternoon/evening or weekend schedules near your home. Training and BCBA mentorship are available to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours.
• Reliable and consistent—when a client is counting on you, you show up.
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children.
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes.
• RBT career path with support to earn your RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
• Celebrate your clients' wins.
