Precious Care ABA is hiring in Union, NJ. You will work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy and helping develop communication, independence, and life skills. We offer supervision from BCBA and meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Reliable — when a child is counting on you, you show up.
• Patient, energetic, and great with kids.
• Open to feedback and always looking to improve.
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
• Celebrate your clients' wins—big and small.
