Job summary

Precious Care ABA is seeking dedicated therapists to provide in-home ABA services to children with autism in Jersey City and surrounding areas. You will implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families to help children communicate, build independence, and gain essential life skills.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Reliable — when a child is counting on you, you show up.
• Patient, energetic, and great with kids.
• Open to feedback and always looking to improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
• Celebrate your clients' wins — big and small.
